Peewee Boxing
Tuesday and Thursday 5-6pm. A good first step for kids and teens to begin their boxing journey. Light contact, learn the basics starting with proper footwork. First class free! 4 month commitment.
Junior Varsity
-Monday/Wednesday 4-6pm. Competitive boxing for kids. Athletes are required to spar, condition, and keep up with the intensity of the class. (JV can workout with PeeWee boxers Tuesday/Thursday at 5pm)
Varsity
Competitive boxing for teens. Athletes are required to spar, condition, run outdoors without supervision, and keep up with the intensity of class.
