Peewee Boxing
- A good first step for kids and teenagers to begin their boxing journey. Tuesday and Thursday 5-6pm is a basic boxing footwork tutorial (non contact) that starts the first Tuesday of each month. Everyone is required to start here. Once the tutorial phase is completed (1-3 months) all four days, Monday through Thursday will be available. Monday and Wednesday 5-6pm will take the footwork drills and put them into action on punching bags and partner drills (light contact)
Junior Varsity
Stage 1, learn footwork. Stage 2, learn how to properly punch bags and drill with partners. Junior Varsity Class would be Stage 3 of the program. Monday through Thursday 6-7pm. Designed for teenagers looking to take the next step. Class is higher intensity with less talking and more doing. Athletes are required to spar, condition, and keep up with the intensity of the class.
Varsity Boxing
Mandatory for teenagers looking to compete. Monday through Thursday 6-8pm.
